President's Message
Welcome to the Friends of Florida Folk Website. I can not tell you what an honor it is to serve as President and how excited I am to begin my term. It was FOFF’s website that led me to the folk music community and for that I will be eternally grateful. I was desperate to find fellow “folkies” to jam with, and found them through Friends of Florida Folk.
Bottom line, that is what FOFF is all about, a place to share information about the folk music community and meet fellow folkies throughout Florida. FOFF’s newsletter Focus is published monthly and is packed with information about what is going on all overFlorida.
FOFF has been serving the folk music community for 26 years now. To continue, we need all folkies to be active, dues paying members. For those that are current members, a really big thank you; to past members, come on back, you are missed; to those that have not joined, please join with us now. It is a great organization.
Finally, we need your input and participation to make FOFF an even better tool to serve the folk community. Please send your suggestions, comments or thoughts on how the website, Focus or FOFF can serve you better. We look forward to seeing you at Festivals and events this coming year.
